One of the best features of this residence is its location.

Enjoy a peaceful hillside neighborhood while remaining close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, fitness facilities, and personal care services.

A local shopping center is approximately three minutes away by car.

Nearby conveniences include grocery shopping, Italian dining, cafés, nail salons, hair and braiding services, massages, and wellness appointments.

Rosebank and Sandton are also accessible by car for guests interested in shopping, business, entertainment, and Johannesburg’s vibrant city life.

Whether you want to explore the city or enjoy a quiet personal sabbatical, this location offers the flexibility to do both.

TRANSPORTATION & PERSONALIZED SERVICES

Private Driver Available

Guests have access to a trusted private driver who has worked with our team for more than 10 years.

Airport transfers, local transportation, private day tours, and customized outings may be arranged directly with the driver at an additional cost.

Uber is also readily available in the area and provides an affordable transportation option for many local trips.

Professional Housekeeping

The residence is maintained by a dedicated housekeeper.

Weekly housekeeping is required, with additional cleaning and laundry assistance available upon request.

Flexible Check-In & Checkout

We coordinate your arrival and departure around your flight schedule whenever the residence is available.

Early morning arrivals and late evening departures can be arranged in advance.

CLEANING & RESERVATION FEES

Weekly Reservations

Mandatory housekeeping: $30 USD per week.

Monthly Reservations & Longer

A one-time $200 USD extended-stay cleaning and maintenance fee covers professional deep cleaning and scheduled weekly housekeeping during the first month.

Additional cleaning arrangements for longer stays will be confirmed in advance.

Reservation Deposit

A $100 USD non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure approved dates.

This deposit is credited toward your total reservation cost and is not an additional charge.

Deposit and cleaning-fee refund terms are subject to applicable law and the booking terms disclosed before payment.

PRIVATE BOOKINGS ONLY

This is not a public Airbnb property.

Our residence is privately maintained and offered for only a limited number of short-term stays each year.

For this special holiday period, we’re welcoming reservations from our extended network and referred guests.

You do not need to know us personally to request a reservation.

All stays are reviewed and approved individually to preserve the privacy and residential atmosphere of the property.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY

Step 1: Request Availability

Email our Customer Care team with your preferred arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and desired length of stay.

Step 2: Receive Confirmation

Our team will review availability and confirm your approved dates, total cost, and reservation terms.

Step 3: Secure Your Stay

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to submit your $100 reservation deposit through our secure Shopify payment process.

The deposit will be applied toward your reservation total. Your remaining balance and payment deadline will be provided before booking.

Step 4: Prepare for Johannesburg

After your booking is finalized, you’ll receive your arrival details, property access instructions, and information about optional transportation and services.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Payment submitted without written availability confirmation does not guarantee a reservation and may be canceled and refunded.

All guests must comply with the residence’s security requirements, occupancy limits, and community guidelines. Parties, events, and unauthorized guests are not permitted.
